All women wanted for high energy dance fitness

SOSA (Solo Salsa) Dance Fitness is a new dance fitness workout for women only.

The low impact, high energy fun routines are suitable for all sizes, ages and abilities and the choreography combines elements of Salsa, Latin, Ballroom and numerous International dance styles.

Instructors are given four new choreographed routines every month to add variety and fun to their classes with recent additions including Bachata-Merengue from the Dominican Republic, a sassy Burlesque routine, and an Argentine Tango workout, along with classic favourites such as Salsa, Cha-Cha and Samba.

Health Club owners can sign up to a Studio or Corporate Licence plan with full access marketing, branding and choreography tools for their instructors.
